These guys have an absolutely amazing range of mattresses. Other stores have maybe one or two mattresses at around the medium firm upto $1000 queen size, these guys have a lot of mattresses at low to medium pricing. Definitely recommend. I spent a long time searching as well. And the mattress? Awesome!

My husband and I bought a queen size mattress from these guys at the bendigo Showgrounds last week and let me tell you .....it was the best money ever spent. I left it a week before I posted a review so we could try out the mattress and give an honest review..... the results are in and I couldn’t be happier!!!! It is so lovely I used to wake up sore in the mornings, I just put it down to “getting older” because I thought our old mattress was ok still, but this new one is like your laying on air, zero gravity, no waking up through the night with aching back or hips anymore now every morning I wake fully recharged and pain free. And another amazing thing about this mattress is when my husband gets into bed I don’t feel the bed move anymore the bed doesn’t wiggle or wobble not one bit, so now he can sneak out to the fridge for a midnight snack and hop back into bed without waking me up it’s awesome. A+++Now a review of the staff,ProfessionalHelpfulWilling to negotiateRespectfulHonestCaringKnowledgeableWilling to go that extra mile for their customersSo all in all I can’t recommend them highly enough !!!Do yourself a favour and go see these guys for all your mattress needs.

Highly recommend Chiro care Mattresses. I dealt with David who was extremely helpful in assisting us with selecting a Queen and Double Mattress. He showed great honesty and professionalism in helping us select a mattress that was the highest quality and also had 15 years of warranty (bang for buck). Shipping was quick and painless. The deliverer showed up as promised and dropped off the mattresses without any issues. David also made sure we received a courtesy call the day prior to delivery which was an excellent touch. The mattresses are extremely high quality and deliver what they promise. After 13 years of heavy exercising and putting the body under strain, all my joint pains seem to have disappeared. Highly recommend this company!

Wish I could give this place no stars.Where do I begin... the service was great. We were advised the mattress we bought had a 10 year replacement warranty so if it sunk, it would be replaced.Well the bed was great for a month, then permanently sunk. If you flip the mattress you’re back to the old sunken spots from when you last flipped.Have been trying to contact them for months to come out to inspect then replace the mattress but zero customer service received after purchasing.Not answering emails. They simply don’t care.They also included a king sized mattress protecter with our purchase that we never got. They said it was out of stock and would be sent once received, it never came.They also promised to take away my parents old mattress when delivering the new one (we both bought one) this information was not recorded and the delivery drivers had no idea.To conclude, the mattress is awful. We probably only saved $200-400 at this store and it obviously wasn’t worth it considering we need to buy a replacement.Beware of the smoke and mirrors, they’re cheap and nasty.Have been talking to people at work (I work locally) and have been hearing the same thing, and warning people of the service.They may have 5 star reviews but they buy them with the price. They tell you when you’re there at the desk to write one for that special price. Don’t believe everything you read!**** EDIT ****Response from owner below claims mattress was dirty.1: You don't know who I am, you've only dealt with my husband via email. His name was on the purchase. My surname is not listed on this email address2: Mattress was only owned for 3-4 weeks before emailing you, and it had a waterproof mattress protecter during that time and since. How could it be very dirty?2: I have the photos we emailed, it’s spotless3: You clearly get this a lot and have me confused with someone else. Shame on you. Would love to see these so called photos because they certainly wouldn’t be the ones my husband sent

We went to look for a brand new bed, and met Haydar, one of the sales rep. Our walk -in session with him was the BEST we’ve ever had in relation to bedroom furniture. Everything to do with beds, sleep, mattress, pillow and comfort. He portrayed a high level of professionalism, product knowledge and great industry knowledge. Also he was quite personable and was more interested in finding the best solution for us rather than making a sale. We bought a King Size Velvet Frame Bed from Chiro Care in Thomastown. We are very happy with the purchase as the quality of bed is excellent; and prices are very reasonable. Delivery was delayed by a week or so, but is justified under current COVID circumstances. Highly recommended, and will surely divert a few friends and family to this store !!!

I spoke to a guy named Adam J on the phone.He literally diagnosed my back condition over the phone, and told me the same thing my chiropractor did, so I was sure he knew what he was saying. I purchased the empire medium in a queen and I am legit surprised how this guy knew what was right for me just from a 30 minute conversation over the phone. I had a motorbike accident recently and being stuck in bed actually feels like a good thing for once. Highly recommend this guy and their mattresses.

My feedback is not regarding the quality or prices of the mattress I bought, it is regarding the mattress I bought on advise of sale guy who made me buy the wrong mattress which caused me severe body pain, and after explaining to shop they are not ready to refund or swap the mattress for free or with cost. purchased a bed head, frame and mattress. Called Hayden to let him know the bed came in the worse condition when delivered. Scratches and marks all over the bed. Friends and family thought I purchased a second hand bed🤦‍♀️Sent some photos. Hayden said he will speak to whoever made it and will replace it. It now marks 4 weeks and I haven't heard anything. Beds comfy, but wouldn't bother getting a bed frame and head. Shame the experience was great when purchasing.. not great once the payment was made.

I give this rating not because of the product but because of the worst after sales experience i had with them.I bought 5 mattress for my house out which 2 were King Single. When we received the mattress we found it was not fitting our King Single bed. we were following up for exchange to single mattress for almost a month. I would have contacted them atleast 10 times in one month and every time they give the same response that they don't have a stock....After 1 month I told them, it is so surprising that you dont have stock even after 1 month and cannot give a date for arrival of Single mattress for exchange.also I informed that you claim to be a big warehouse selling mattress but you cant provide a single mattress for exchange for 1 month.They replied that they cannot be responsible for Error of Choice. (after 1 month of promising the exchange on email)They need to understand that no one purposefully buys a wrong size Mattress. They were so reluctant to exchange for 1 month and giving wrong information that they don't have single stock.Its just that they don't want to exchange and want to delay time and dont want to exchange. because when my friend checked for single they said they have the stock and even gave the price.So the After Sales Service is definitely poor to the lowest degree. I don't recommend this place to any one.I know each mattress has 5/10 years warranty period. but i definitely know its not possible with them with such After sales customer service.Please stay away from such warehouses so that you don't loose your peace of mindThis is my reply to the Owner (after his reply to my above review):-you had made the delay and made me to wait 30 days as you had promised to exchange when you get the stock and I didn't cause the delay.You wanted the mattress to be in same packaging, which we honoured and we didn't remove it from the coverAfter reading previous reviews and reply, I am aware that would threaten me with your legal team, I am waiting for the call from your legal team and with all your commitments through your email I am ready to handle this.There is no defamation in this case.These are my true experiences/reviews with you and can definitely substantiate my worst experience. with you.

I bought the prestige firm mattress from David Daoud. The mattress is comfortable to sleep on. The delivery of the mattress is also very smooth although there was a bit of a miscommunication for the delivery date. David was able to handle it and ensure the smooth delivery of the mattress. I had ordered a bed in September to be picked up in November. Called up in November only to be told my bed would not be in until another 2 weeks, therefore I waited 2 weeks. Called in after the 2 weeks and was told I needed to wait additional weeks. I have spoken to multiple employees and managers, emailed head office and no efficient response was given. Had to keep chasing up the situation because Chiro Care Mattresses did not bother to call me after promising they would. Finally after several phone calls and several weeks of failed promises I finally retrieved my deposit back.

Worst Matress!!! I was promised no sagging at the time of purchase with 3 years waranty and now I have to wake up with excruciating back pain. I tried contacting them so many times back and forth emaling for several days and i talked with David finally and he said that the matress seemed to be dirty in the picture which it is not at all. It looks good as new just had lint on the top. I am sure that lint is there after 3 months of use we covered the matress with sheets all the time. And now they are making excuses for not wanting to take back the matress.Really Dissapointed with Chiro Care,I recomend not buying anything from this company, they just focus on making money rather than their customers.

Both Hayden and Aida were extraordinary when it comes to customer service. Hayden has over 30 years worth of experience and it shows. He took the time to find the correct mattress for both my husband and I. After we found the correct mattress, we then discussed the price. This is not what a lot of places do these days, they just care about the sale and not the customers overall experience. Their mattress' are extremely comfortable and affordable. The discounts cannot be beaten either as I have shopped around. I would highly recommend you purchase your mattress from these guys as you will not regret your decision.

Promised a refund. 3 weeks later still hadn’t received it. Contacted them and told to resend bank details. Did so straight away. Then 10 minutes later told no we don’t do refunds and you can only have a store credit. That’s not what I was promised! Very unhappy

We order bedroom set and mattress. They said they were going to deliver everything, but only arrived with mattress , two side tables and drawers, NO bed, mirror and pillows, driver said that he forgot to bring and cannot deliver today, we said we sold our bed as you promised to deliver everything and he ask us to sleep just on the mattress without bed.worst case was they have damage the drawers and when we told about it they said its our responsibility to the damage, we had to give them like 6 phone calls to solve this issue, they even said that delivery company is separate to them and they are not responsible for the damage but it was lie as those people was wearing T shirts with Chiro LOGO,Finally, after many phone calls and emails we decided to go to the shop, and then only they said that they will replace it,Also at first, driver has said to them that it was good when they deliver and they are not responsible but when they deliver it next day, they accepted that drawers was damage due to, they place the bedsides tables on top of the drawers,Products are alright but make sure you inspect that no damages before signing anything and drivers leave,Thanks,

Its unfortunate that the mattress is terrible. As it was nearly $1000 I have suffered for months with terrible back and neck pain, but finally gave up and went back to my 17 year old mattress. Such a relief to wake up without pain for the the first time in ages.There's $1000 going to hard rubbish. What a waste.The sales woman was very friendly, but the sales man was pushy, and he made the delivery much later than we discussed and didn't let me know. The manager did re-organise the delivery for earlier so that I wouldn't mention the delivery issue on facebook.Upon getting the mattress I wish I had just cancelled the order when it didn't show up. Hindsight's 20/20.Please be careful and lay on the mattress in the shop for an hour (It's awkward but worth $1000!!) They have no 'comfort' guarantee that it won't kill your back.

We ordered a mattress from them at the start of August and paid $60 for the delivery planned a couple of weeks later.The delivery guys turned up with the wrong size mattress and proceeded to try to convince us we’d phoned up and changed the mattress order...without asking for any kind of refund...sure. We explained we were sleeping on the floor and needed them to re-deliver the correct mattress that day. The driver insisted it could not be done for another week and was extremely rude. He drove off and told us to call the office who we convinced to re-deliver that day. After then waiting home for 5 hours the correct size was delivered. Upon taking it upstairs there were 2 large holes with track marks in the back. We immediately emailed the company and upon receiving no reply phoned the next day, and the next, each time being told someone would get back to us asap. On the 3rd day we spoke to a lady who promised to sort a replacement for the following Monday and would call back. After no return call we spoke to an obnoxious, rude man who denied all of the previous information.We eventually got the mattress delivered yesterday after more promises not being fulfilled regarding time of delivery.We spent so many hours trying to get some help from and had so many problems with this company and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

We brought a king single for my daughter with a base that came with 2 draws. The mattress is great but the base is very disappointing. I recommend buying elsewhere. We described the draws we had seen in different stores and we were assured they could do it, there were none to view instore. Unfortunately, when they arrived we were so disappointed. Very rough handywork, draws not even on tracks and exposed staples can be seen when doors are shut. If you want draws, do yourself a favour and buy base elsewhere. Mattress however is great!

Coincidently stumbled across this place and scored a great deal and a great mattress. With my height comes back problems but the soreness has lessened once my body became immune to the new deluxe firm mattress (empire range). Highly recommend.
