Terms & Conditions of Sale

  • Please choose items correctly. No refund or Exchange will be given if you make an error in choice or simply change your mind.
  • A cancellation fee of 30 percent of total price will apply if you wish to cancel your order
  • Any special order placed cannot be cancelled. 
  • The time we have quoted is an estimate only based on current manufacturer times. Please allow for unseen delays.
  • Any delay caused by global supply chain is out of our control and we will endeavor to deliver your products as quick as we can.
  • Your delivery charge is for one delivery only. A second delivery charge will apply if you choose to split a delivery, or no one is home to receive the goods on arranged day.
  • Be sure to check goods carefully upon delivery within 24 hours as no claim for damage will be recognized after that time. All boxes must be available intact for all bedroom furniture damage claims. 
  • All installations of bedroom furniture undertaken by a third party will not be covered under our damage claims. 
  • Due to our limited space, your goods can only be held in our store for a maximum of 7 days after which they will be returned to stock or resold.
  • All stock remains the property of Chiro Care Mattresses PTY LTD until fully paid for. 
  • All promotions available on our website are only applicable through our website. Not applicable instore. 
  • Please allow adequate time for all boxed mattress to fully decompress to original size and feel. 
  • PLEASE CHECK ITEMS BEFORE ASSEMBLY AS NO CLAIM FOR DAMAGE GOODS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER PRODUCT IS ASSEMBLED.

Lay by Conditions.

  • Deposits paid are non-refundable and all lay by’s must be settled within 12 weeks.
  • 8 weeks’ notice must be given prior to delivery.
  • 30 percent deposit is required followed by fortnightly payments.

Due to the covid-19 upon receiving this invoice you accept the terms and conditions of sale and therefore no signature is required. Also applies to acceptance of products upon delivery.

Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please note the following:

  • Order Cancellations: Cancellations are subject to a 30% cancellation fee. This fee covers administrative and restocking costs incurred during order processing.
  • Custom or Special Orders: These items are non-refundable and not eligible for cancellation once production has begun.

Online Orders

To help protect our customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, all online orders require ID verification before dispatch.

After placing your order, please email a copy of a valid photo ID (such as a driver's license or passport) to info@chirocaremattresses.com.au. This step is necessary to verify your order and prepare it for shipping.

Orders will not be processed or dispatched until ID verification has been received and approved.
