Shipping Information & Delivery Terms

• Free Delivery – Melbourne Metro: We offer free delivery within the Melbourne metropolitan area for all orders over $1,000 AUD.

• Orders Under $1,000 – Melbourne Metro: A delivery fee will apply for orders below $1,000. If an order is placed without the correct shipping fee, our team will contact you to arrange payment prior to dispatch.

• Regional Melbourne Delivery: We also deliver to regional Melbourne areas. A small delivery fee applies based on distance and accessibility. Please contact us if you'd like a quote before placing your order.

• Interstate Delivery: Yes, we deliver interstate! Delivery availability and pricing depend on your location, order size, and access conditions. Please get in touch with us for a custom quote before completing your purchase.

• Redelivery Fee: If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to receive it, a redelivery fee of $80 will apply.

All orders are shipped within 3 working days (subject to stock availability). If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: info@chirocaremattresses.com.au.

Be sure to check goods carefully upon delivery within 24 hours as no claim for damage will be recognized after that time.

Please be aware that Chiro Care Mattresses will not be held responsible for any damage after acceptance of delivery for all glass products. All boxes must be retained for all glass returns.

Refund and Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority at Chiro Osteo Mattresses pty ltd. If your item is faulty upon receipt, please contact us within 24 hours to ensure replacement. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused condition.

Online Orders

To help protect our customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, all online orders require ID verification before dispatch.

After placing your order, please email a copy of a valid photo ID (such as a driver's license or passport) to info@chirocaremattresses.com.au. This step is necessary to verify your order and prepare it for shipping.

Orders will not be processed or dispatched until ID verification has been received and approved.
